Pre-Payment system

Our full solution supports Pre-payment profile by loading the meter
with amount paid. The system automatically alerts the user when amount paid is close
to end.
PowerCom developed a sophisticated way to perform customer shutdown. The
meter has the ability to limit the maximum power supply to the customer.
Prepayment demo
If case where customer does not pay the bill, the system will limit the user to
low power which will be sufficient only for light and few appliances like refrigerator.
This limit will be stored into the meter. In case the customer tries to consume
higher power, the meter shutdown the electricity to the flat. The customer has the
option to restore power by pushing the restore power switch at the front panel of
the meter.
If the bill is not paid after a setup time, the system will disconnect the power
to the customer premises and the customer will not be able to restore the power
locally. In this case he will be forced to get to the utility company and pay the
bill.
